The SELFIE innovation strategy consists of developments at component and system level, and in ensuring that these developments are designed for effective assembly, integration and demonstration in test vehicles. The innovative solutions of the SELFIE Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS) will allow fast battery charging up to 5C under different weather conditions and will increase energy efficiency by 34-55% during winter and 17-20% during summer periods while reducing the costs by 30% at pack level.
